If you are a woman of child-bearing age read this information carefully. Ambrisentan may harm unborn babies conceived before, during or soon after treatment. You must not take Ambrisentan if you are pregnant. Women of reproductive potential must use reliable contraception whilst taking Ambrisentan. Ambrisentan may cause liver injury.
