Section 4.1 - the 2 indications acute bacterial sinusitis & acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic brochitis have had the following wording added;

'

Section 5.1 - has been re-formatted and re-worded using the EUCAST recommended MIC breakpoints and the CLSI (formerly the NCCLS) recommended breakpoints as opposed to just the NCCLS recommended MIC breakpoints.
